Hello everyone, I am a registered dietician nutritionist certified diabetes care and education specialist, and a certified nutrition support mission if you hear the church bells going off go ahead and ignore it but I came on here because I wanted to share some information with you.
I have realized lately in my private practice that there has been an uptick in renal patients so speaking with my patients actually my clients.
I should use that term rather than speaking with my clients they gave me an idea they gave me the idea to do a post on foods high in phosphorus and also foods high in potassium.
Now, depending on what degree of kidney disease you have you may need to limit your phosphorus as well as potassium intake so, in today’s post, we’re going to be speaking about who time phosphorus so without any further ado, this is the list of foods that are high in phosphorus you so for individuals that do have CKD you may not need to avoid food time potassium.
You may not need to avoid foods high in phosphorus but if you do here’s the list alright guys this was your list if you have any questions if you want to know more about a nutrition session with me go ahead.
